SCHEDULE OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Petition for voluntary annexation - $200.00
Staff review, newspaper notice of public hearing, preparation and recording of documents with the recorder of deeds, copying and postage up to three certified mailings. Applicant will incur an additional charge of $5.00 per additional certified letter.
Request for rezoning (change of zoning district boundaries) - $200.00
Staff review, newspaper notice of public hearing, preparation and recording of documents with the recorder of deeds, copying and postage up to three certified mailing. Applicant will incur an additional charge of $5.00 per additional certified letter.
Application for subdivision plat approval - $350.00
Staff and professional engineering review of all drawings, calculations, legal descriptions, and site plans; preparation and recording of final subdivision plat and other documents with the recorder of deeds; copying (including oversized material) and postage up to three certified mailings. Applicant will incur an additional charge of $5.00 per additional certified letter.
Application for site plan approval - $100.00
Staff and professional engineering review of all drawings, calculations, building footprints and locations, sketches, materials and other design elements; preparation and recording of final site plan, as approved by the city council, and other documents with the recorder of deeds; copying (including oversized material) and postage.
Public hearing on site plan - $120.00
Where a public hearing is required, owner shall pay this additional fee for preparation and publication of the notice of public hearing.
Application for minor subdivision plat approval - $75.00

Application for variance (from any requirement of subdivision or zoning ordinances) - $125.00
