The ad hoc architectural review committee will serve as a building permit application review body for persons desiring to build a new home in the designated residential center city area by reviewing the submitted house plans and exterior facade features, defining the character of the applicable existing neighborhood and applying the standards as approved by the historic preservation advisory committee, planning and zoning commission and city council.
