§ 1.2. The Districts are Established.

(a)

The City is divided into the following districts:

R-A Agricultural District
R-1 Residential District
R-2 Residential District
R-3 General Residential District
C-1 Local Commercial District
C-2 Central Commercial District
M-1 Industrial District
RGD-1 Planned Riverboat Gaming Development District

(b)

The boundaries of the districts are shown on the "District Map," properly certified and attested, attached to, and made a part of this ordinance.

(c)

Whenever the city council vacates a street or alley, adjacent districts shall extend to the centerline of the vacation.

(d)

Lands annexed to the city shall be temporarily included in the R-A District until placed in the appropriate district by a duly enacted amendment to the ordinance.
