§ 12-1. Definitions.

(a)

As used in this chapter the following terms shall mean as indicated below:

Curb: The boundary line of the roadway portion of a street, whether curbstones are located at such boundaries or not.

Loading zone: A space in a street or public place reserved for the loading or unloading of merchandise and so marked by the police department.

(b)

Those terms not defined in subsection (a) shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Model Traffic Ordinance and in RSMo. Chapter 304.
