§ 12-79. First offense.

Driving without proof of insurance, penalty: Any driver upon the roadways subject to the jurisdiction of the city who is found, after a routine traffic stop, to not have proof of automobile insurance as required by Section 303.024 RSMo., 1986 (as amended) shall be subject to a fine of $100.00. Such person shall also be issued a summons to appeal in the Boonville Municipal court.
