§ 14-15. Obstructing public buildings.

No person or group of persons acting in concert, shall block any entrance to exit to or from any public building in the city in any manner so as to prevent the free passage by any person to and from such building entrances and exits. As used in this section, the term "public building" means any building, the legal or equitable title to which is vested in the city.
