§ 15-3. Motor vehicle operation.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle upon any public playground, public park and any public property except upon any area specifically designated for use by a motor vehicle or upon any public street or alley running through said public playground, public park or public property and excepting any area or areas therein designated and marked for the parking of such motor vehicle.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in any such area therein marked and designated for parking at a speed in excess of five miles per hour.

    (c)

    The term "motor vehicle" as used in this section shall mean and include any self-propelled vehicle, including, but not by way of limitation, motorbikes, minibikes and motorcycles, except farm tractors.
