§ 18-6. Suspension, demotion or discharge of personnel.

The city administrator shall have the authority to suspend, demote or discharge for misbehavior or inefficient service any of the personnel of the police department, and any non-probationary police department employee so suspended, demoted or discharged shall, upon application, be granted a public hearing before the personnel board.
