§ 19-4. Obstructing street crossings.

  • If any railroad crossing in the city is obstructed in whole or in part by any train or railroad cars for a period of five (5) minutes, it shall be the duty of the railroad company to cause the cars on or near the crossing to be uncoupled, so as to leave the street entirely free and unobstructed. The train, when again coupled, shall be removed forthwith from the crossing.
