§ 2.5-6. Penalties.

Anyone violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction therefor shall be subject to the general penalty provisions set forth in section 1-9 of the Code of Ordinances of the city. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
