§ 20-2. Construction, repair, etc., generally.

No person shall construct, repair, damage or deface any street, alley, sidewalk, pavement, gutter, bridge, curb, sewer, drain, culvert, lamppost or street sign or post without permission of the city administrator and in conformity with specifications promulgated by him and approved by the city council.
