§ 21-32. Gas pipes near water service pipes.

Latest version.

No person shall lay any gas main or gas service pipe in any street, alley or public thoroughfare within this city within 18 inches of any water main or water service pipe, or lay such gas pipes parallel with such water pipes within the space and above and between points 18 inches distant from either side of such water pipes.
