§ 21-120. Duty of city administrator.

  • The city administrator and his designated representative are authorized and directed, by enforcing the provisions of this article and article V, division 4, of this chapter to control on-premises storage, collection and disposal of solid waste, to provide a public solid waste collection and disposal service from premises within the city, so that the type and usual quantity of solid waste can be safely and expeditiously handled by such public solid waste collection and solid waste disposal service.
