§ 21-141. Joint billing.

  • (a)

    Wherever water and/or sewer charges and fees for the disposal of solid waste are owed to the city by the same person, the bills for the water charges and fee for collection of solid waste shall be separately itemized but set forth on one bill or statement of charges for said combined services.

    (b)

    All bills for water and/or sewer charges and the collection of solid waste shall be paid in one lump sum covering the amount of the charges for both services, and no user shall be permitted to pay that part of said bill for a particular service without payment of the entire bill.
