§ 21-146. Billing procedure.

The superintendent of public works shall be responsible for causing to be ascertained the amount of all water and sewage service charges becoming due under the provisions of this article and the superintendent shall provide the ascertained service charges to the city administrator who shall cause such charges to be billed to the occupants and owners of the premises served and for receiving payment thereof.
