§ 21-162. Each meter a separate service.

The water rate schedule applies to service supplied through one meter to one consumer at one premise. Whenever for any reason consumer's service pipes are not brought to a common point and the board of public works is called upon to furnish two or more meters, each point of metering shall be considered as a separate service and covered by a separate contract.
