Section 3 of Ord. No. 2758, adopted Dec. 2, 1985, repealed § 2-92 relative to the office of city treasurer, which section did not contain history notation. Pursuant to Ord. No. 2758, references to the "city collector" have been replaced with the term "city clerk" whenever they appear in this Code.
