§ 2-162. Qualifications of members.

(a)

The members of the board of public works shall be electors of the city, and have resided in the city for a period of two years next before their appointment.

(b)

No more than two members of said board shall belong to the same political party, and its administration shall in all respects be entirely nonpartisan.
