§ 3-7. Malt liquor sales generally.

Licensees authorized to sell malt liquor at retail by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold shall not at the same place sell any intoxicating liquor other than malt liquor. No license shall be issued authorizing the sale of both classifications of intoxicating liquor at the same place.
