§ 3-39. License fee.

The annual liquor license fee to be paid by a person desiring an intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer license shall be as follows:

(1)

Retail Liquor by the Drink (RBD) sale of intoxicating liquors, in excess of five per cent by weight to be sold and consumed on premises ..... $450.00

(2)

5% beer by drink-wine (5BDW) sale of malt liquor (beer) and wine at retail by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold ..... $75.00

3)

5% beer by drink-no Sunday required (5BD) ..... $75.00

4)

3.2% nonintoxicating beer by drink (32BD) sale of nonintoxicating beer at retail by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold and in conjunction therewith sold in the original package direct to consumers. Specific addresses and location of sales must be designated. ..... $37.50

Sunday by drink (SBD) sale of intoxicating liquor between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and midnight on Sunday by the drink, at retail for consumption on the premises and, in conjunction therewith at retail in the original package, in addition to all other fees required by law ..... $300.00

Original package liquor (OPL) sale at retail of intoxicating liquor in the original package, not to be consumed on premises where sold ..... $150.00

Original package tasting (OPT) ..... $37.50

Original package 5% beer (5OP) seven-day license ..... $75.00

Original package 3.2% beer (32OP) sale of malt liquor (beer) containing alcohol in excess of 3.2% by weight but not in excess of five percent by weight in the original package ..... $22.50

Sunday original package (SOP) sale of intoxicating liquor between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and midnight on Sunday at retail in the original package, in addition to all other fees required by law ..... $300.00
