§ 7-1. International Fire Prevention Code adopted.

(a)

The 2006 Edition of the International Fire Prevention Code, published by the International Code Council, Inc., including all standards referred in the Code and listed in the Supplemental Exhibit "E" is hereby adopted by reference, and shall be controlling in the city.

(b)

The 2006 Edition of the International Fire Prevention code including all standards in the Code including local modifications and listed in supplemental Exhibit "E" are made a part of this section and a copy of Exhibit "E" shall be maintained in the office of the city clerk, building inspector and city library for public inspection.
