§ 12-2.81. Standing or parking close to curb.

Except as otherwise provided in sections 12-2.81 to 12-2.85, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb.
