§ 14-47. Injury to trees, shrubbery and other property.
No person shall willfully and without authority cut down, pull or root up, saw, peel, cut, hack, pluck, break, injure, damage or destroy any tree, shrub plant growing on the land of another or in or along any street, park or public place or pick, destroy or carry therefrom any portion of the fruit of any cultivated tree, vine or bush; nor shall they damage, destroy, break or injure any fence, fountain, bench, seat, trash receptacle, city-owned streetlight pole and light or other property in or along any street, park or public place.
