§ 14-48. Disturbing Indian mounds.

No person shall excavate, remove, destroy or use for the purpose of cultivation any of the so-called "Indian" or prehistoric earthworks or mounds situated on land belonging to the city except by permission of the city council granted to an historical or archeological society.
