§ 15-4. Permit for use of Harley Park required.

Nonresidents who are tourists, transients or visitors to the city, may use the area of Harley Park reserved for campers, their motor vehicles, tents and equipment for overnight stays in the city without charge, provided such tourist, transient or visitor shall secure a permit from the park superintendent or the police department authorizing the applicant for said permit and his family or group to use the facilities of said park for said purposes.
