§ 15-5. Permit applications.

Application for the overnight use of the area of Harley Park reserved for campers, their motor vehicles and equipment shall be made in writing to the park superintendent or the police department on the form provided by the city for said purpose, which shall set forth the name and residence of the applicant, a description of his motor vehicle, the state license number of such vehicle, the names of the persons in his party, and the period for which he desires said permit. No permits shall be granted until application therefor has been made.
