§ 18-12. Cooperation and assistance with Mid-Missouri Major Case Squad.

The police department of the City of Boonville, Missouri, is authorized to cooperate with such other law enforcement agencies in the Mid-Missouri area, as are members of the Mid-Missouri Major Case Squad, for the purpose of providing assistance in the intensive professional investigation of such crimes under such circumstances and subject to such guidelines as are designated by the Mid-Missouri Major Case Squad, subject to the provisions in Section 70.835 RSMo.
