§ 18-4. Examinations for personnel.

Latest version.

The personnel board shall prepare examinations and shall give examinations to all candidates for appointment or promotion and shall certify a list of eligibles to the city administrator who shall be the appointing authority. The administrator shall appoint or promote from the list of eligibles so certified.
