§ 2.5-5. Severability of chapter provisions.

The articles, sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, and phrases of this chapter are severable, and if any article, section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this chapter shall be declared unconstitutional by the valid judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining articles, sections, paragraphs, sentences, or clauses of this chapter.
