§ 3-6. Increase of alcoholic content prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any nonintoxicating beer licensee to knowingly permit any person on the premises described in the license, to pour into, mix, or add to such nonintoxicating beer, any alcohol, or other liquid, or any alcohol cube or cubes or other ingredient or ingredients that will increase or tend to increase the alcoholic content of such nonintoxicating beer.
