§ 8-1. Food code adopted.

Latest version.

The city council hereby adopts and endorses the current version of the Missouri Food Code as the city's food code, and it is made a part of this Code as if fully set forth herein in its entirety. The 1999 Missouri Food Code is the current version at the time of passage of the ordinance from which this chapter derives.
